Enclosures
The following enclosures should compulsorily to be attached with the registration form:
- Birth Certificate (only for Nursery)
- Transfer certificate from the school attended previously.
- Xerox copy of academic performance sheet of the previous class.
- Two latest Pass port size coloured photographs.
